The history of our college
The history of our college dates back to September 19, 1939, when according to the Resolution “On the reorganization of pedagogical schools” issued by the Council of People’s Commisars of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the Bashkir Pedagogical School was reorganized into Ufa Preschool Pedagogical School. On September 26, 1939 the Department of Extramural Studies was opened to train Primary School and Preschool teachers from all regions of the Republic. The first graduation of 60 specialists took place in June 1941. In 1994 the School was transformed into Ufa Pedagogical College № 1.

On July 12, 1954, according to the Decree of the Bashkir Cooperation Council, Technical School № 5 in the city of Ufa began training 60 outwear masters. In 1961it was renamed into Vocational School № 5. In 1971 a modern school was built on 100/3 Rossiyskaya Street. The school acquired both: a new building and a new name – City Vocational School № 59. Later the school was renamed several times – Сity Secondary Vocational Technical School № 59, Secondary Vocational Technical School № 38, Vocational Technical School № 38, Higher Vocational Technical School № 38. In 1995 Vocational Technical School № 38 was renamed into Vocational Lyceum № 38.
In 2012 Ufa Pedagogical College № 1 was reorganized by Order of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan; it joined the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Primary Vocational Training – Vocational Lyceum № 38 in Ufa and was renamed into the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Secondary Vocational Education – Ufa Multidisciplinary Vocational College.
In August 2015 our college received another name – the State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution Ufa Multidisciplinary Vocational College.
